Herb is one of the busiest guys in the sport of chuckwagon racing. As the owner of Arcand racing team, his position as councilor of the Alexander First Nations and Vice President of the APCC&CA, he is constantly changing caps and trying to keep all his projects going. Herb has been racing for 28 yars. He is a consistent driver who is always a tough competitor.
